Corrections and updates
We want FinerVPN pages to be useful and accurate. If you spot a factual error, outdated detail, broken link, or unclear test description, tell us so we can review it.
Help us find the issue
Use the contact page to report a correction. The more specific the report, the easier it is to investigate.
1. Identify the page
Include the page URL and the heading or section where you found the issue.
2. Describe the statement
Quote or summarize the wording that seems incorrect, outdated, or unclear.
3. Share supporting details
Link to a reliable source or explain what should be checked. For test claims, include the relevant conditions or evidence if available.
How we review reports
- We assess the claim and check the relevant source, test record, or provider terms.
- If a material error is confirmed, we correct the page and add context about the change when it helps readers.
- We preserve test dates and conditions so an older result is not made to look newly verified.
- If the report does not lead to a change, the page may remain as written or be clarified if the wording could mislead.
For current prices, plan inclusions, and refund conditions, confirm the details on the provider’s own site before making a purchase. A correction report does not replace checking current terms.
Corrections FAQ
How quickly will you respond?
We review correction reports as we are able. Response times may vary; include a contact method if you would like us to follow up.
Can I report a broken link or missing disclosure?
Yes. Include the page URL and the location of the link or disclosure that needs attention.
Can providers request corrections?
Yes. Providers can use the same contact route and should identify the claim, provide supporting documentation, and explain the requested change. We review submissions against the available evidence.
Do you remove all old test results?
Not necessarily. Historical results may remain useful when clearly dated and described. We may update, clarify, or remove content when it is inaccurate, unsupported, or no longer useful.
